Musing on Monday

Well folks the weekend is over here, at least in the land of Oz.  I will still be taking submissions for the weekend challenge for the next few hours as I do realize that in some places it is still Sunday. However for me the weekend is over and I’m going to start this week by taking the words in this message to heart.

Life is too short to not make time for those things that give us joy or regret those things that we can no longer take back.  Instead we should live each moment aware that it is precious and hold those things close to our hearts.  I wish everyone a very good week and will be seeing you a little later in the day.

Thank you to everyone who participated in this weekends challenge as there were some wonderful pieces on a number of different sites paying tribute to Rik Mayall, a truly great comedic actor.
