I must admit I do have a soft spot for Denis Leary [that man can sure as hell rant up a storm] and since he was one of the first clips I used to start this weekend challenge I’ve decided that as my last submission to this weekends world of fun I would offer up this little gem of a song. Plus I’ve been feeling a little off colour with this bug so it suits my mood.
Still looking forward to seeing other submissions as though it is 7.25pm on Sunday night here I know for many the weekend is still in full swing. Enjoy what may be the most honest character assessment of Denis Leary ever made [and it was made by the man himself] ‘I’m An Asshole’.

i don’t know how else to put this, so i’ll just blurt it right out: i try to Never Judge, an’ i definitely don’t Know you at all yet….. but….. i had a REALLY FUNN TIME here with you and your Friend’s this weekend. i just didn’t picture you as my Hostess or myself havin’ so many laughs. (Truly, this was Meant to sound more as the Compliment it is! 😉 ) Maybe becuz you used my Kryptonite against me (Denis!)…. jus’ sayin’….

Glad you had a hoot – and well WHO has any defense against Denis Leary – the man just walks right over any sense of propriety which I find hilarious. is it awful if i were to say that Denis makes bein’ Bad look o so very Good? i don’t know why i’m attracted to him but it caused me to consume the entire series of “Rescue Me” intravenously after the first episode…. ogolly- do you think there’s a 12-step program for Learyism- cuz it’s worse than i had first imagined… (there’s a ‘thoughtful remark’ for ya!)

Learyism – I love it – I’m mean I’m leery about a number of things but Learyism may just be a natural state of being for a Sarcastor [I decided we sarcastic people needed a designation – whatcha think?] We didn’t get Rescue Me in Oz so I’m going to hit the comp and download – I have been warned that I may accidentally OD if I’m not careful.

yeeeessss. do i need to apply for the position of Regional Director for the Sarcastor Society here, or at my local “natural state” Bureau for Learyism? and you are correct- overdose is a distinct possibility. i’ve since learned that anytime my Kidd says, “Hey Momm! You gotta see this!” it is directly related to my falling in love with imaginary characters…. [sigh]

I have actually come up with a life plan – I will attempt to live my life in a ‘learious’ manner and to take all things that come my way ‘leariously’. It is the appropriate way for dealing with the sewage that life often flushes through the day. 😀
